• You will get a message from us with a link for setting up your Elation Passport secure messaging account portal and then with some forms to complete online. These first scales  will take some time but will help us put everything together when we meet. 

• We will contact you to schedule an appointment. 

• It is also helpful if you are able to send for your records from other doctors or therapists  working with you now or in the past.
