eVisits
An E-Visit is a good option when you need to communicate with me between our scheduled appointments with a two-way online chat. During e-visits, we send messages back-and-forth through your Elation Passport portal to about problems and questions and evaluate the need for any changes. It does not involve talking on the phone or over video at a scheduled time. An e-visit is different from sending your doctor a message because the goal is to diagnose and provide you with a plan for care. It is also a simple way to request or change a prescription without waiting for a video or office appointment.
When you send in a message, that contact will enter my schedule as the beginning of your request for medical advice. The clinical forms I send will give me more information about how you are feeling. I usually review your case and respond within 2 business days, often sooner. Charges are based on the total time spent in this interchange.
